What We Mean by "New Revenue"
To be absolutely clear:
We earn from:

Existing customers who purchase through optimized digital touchpoints we develop
Revenue from new products/services we help launch digitally
Geographic expansion revenue from digital channels
We don't earn from:
Your existing customer base (unless reactivated through our strategy)
Referrals and word-of-mouth (your existing relationships)
Offline marketing or sales you're already doing
Revenue from before our partnership started

Why would you work for revenue share instead of fees?
Bigger potential upside if we choose well and execute effectively. We can be selective about partners and truly commit to outcomes rather than billing hours.
How do you choose which businesses to partner with?
Business fundamentals, growth potential, leadership quality, and market opportunity. We turn down far more than we accept because we can only commit to a handful at once.
What if the revenue share becomes too expensive for us?
We review quarterly. If the partnership delivers strong growth but the share becomes disproportionate, we can convert to fixed consultancy or adjust terms. We're pragmatic.
What happens if it doesn't work?
We review quarterly. If after 6 months it's clear we're not generating sufficient new revenue, we'll have an honest conversation about whether to continue. Both sides can exit with notice.
Do you take equity instead?
Not typically. Revenue share is simpler, clearer, and doesn't require legal complexity. For exceptional opportunities we might consider hybrid models.
Can we buy out your share later?
Potentially. If you'd rather own the revenue stream entirely, we can discuss a buyout based on trailing 12-month revenue. Negotiable.
What if we already have marketing staff?
Fine. We can work alongside them, providing strategic direction they execute. Or we can assess whether they're actually delivering value.
Are you going to change everything about our business?
No. We optimise what works and fix what's broken. Strategic changes where needed, but we're not reinventing businesses that already function.
What sectors do you avoid?

How involved are you day-to-day?

What if we want to exit or sell the business?
